Honey sales at Hitchin Farmers Market on the last Saturday of the month

Our honeys

BuzzWorks artisan honey is produced in our apiary using traditional methods. Our bees are well cared for and have a plentiful supply of forage to ensure the colonies stay healthy. We produce cold pressed honey to ensure integrity and taste is maintained. During the summer months we collect runny honey, while autumn provides a crop of the more dense ivy honey. In addition we have infused honey like chilli honey that has proved very popular locally, and our customers have used in a numerous recipes. At times of shortage we source honey from carefully selected local producers to ensure a continuous supply to the local community.

Our honey can be purchased from our market stall on the last Saturday of the month at the Hitchin Farmers market.

Our honey is also stocked at the Hitchin Initiative Office More information
